Join Us

We are always looking for new people to join our team of Bank staff Helpline Advisors. Bank staff are called upon to work as cover for regular advisors.

Advisors receive £6-8 per hour and usually work 8 hours per shift (the work is part time, with the exact number of hours worked in a week depending on the language availability). We are also keen to welcome Volunteers to the Helpline. Previous Volunteers have undertaken a variety of tasks including research work, or been involved in preparing reports on the work of the Helpline - but its up to you to tell us what you'd like to do!
